# ReScore Tips & Recommendation

**Color Coding System** \
ReScore features a color-coded system to help track progress more easily:
* 🟡 **Yellow** – Reporter (Your stage)
 * ⚪ **Light** **Grey** – Not Reporting
* 🟣 **Purple** – Verifier (Under review)
* 🟢 **Green** – CRS (Final approval)

\
**How It Works:**\
As you move through and complete tasks, circles will fill with a checkmark to indicate progress.

* Example:
 * 1.7 is still with the Reporter (🟡 Yellow)
 * 3.8 is with the Verifier (🟣 Purple)
* This system makes it easy to click on a pillar and see the status of each criterion at a glance.\

**Uploading Evidence (Documents & Photos)**

**File Naming Format:** Start with the credit number, followed by a short description and the event name/acronym. *(Example: 3.1\_WastePlan\_NYRR.pdf)*
* Combine Multiple Images: Upload multiple images as a single PDF.
* For Multiple Credits & Innovation Credits:
 * In the 'Note' section, clearly indicate what you are seeking to help verifiers and CRS review your documentation efficiently.
 * If an item supports multiple distinct credits, mention this in the Reporter notes to avoid ambiguity and speed up verification.

***

**Submitting Credits for Review (2-Step Process)**

1. Mark as Done: Click the green "Mark as Done" button in the right-hand corner and review internally.
2. Submit for Review: When ready, click the green "Submit Criterion for Review Now" button. This moves the credit to Step 4 in the Credit Status Bar.

**Not Reporting a Credit?**

* Toggle to "Not Reporting" in the right-hand corner of the credit.
